2010 RENTAL RATE SEASONS Each cabin's rates are based on the following seasons: Low Season 2-night minimum November 16 – March 15 Mid Season 2-night minimum March 16 – May 21 and August 17 – September 24 High Season 2-night minimum May 22 – August 16 and September 25 – November 15 Holidays High Season Rate 3-5 night minimum on: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving 7 day minimum on: Christmas, New Years Price is plus tax. State tax is 7.75%, Local tax is 3%. Additional person or pet rent may apply. Above prices include normal cleaning fees. Kitchen utensils, linens and towels, starter amount of paper products, and hotel-sized amounts of toiletries are provided.
